Flooded with natural light, The Beacon transforms effortlessly from a clean, modern studio to a refined event space, making it ideal for photoshoots, content creation, intimate gatherings, workshops, and anything that deserves an inspiring backdrop.
Every vignette is intentionally arranged to spark creativity: a living canvas for photographers, creators, brands, and hosts who want their work to feel artful, inviting, and beautifully illuminated.

Through The Beacon, Lumen House provides a dedicated opportunity to celebrate the unique vision of a designer or stager for a period of time. The staging rotates every four months.
Currently staged by Louise’s Home Staging (April Timmermans) until November 2026. Then the next spotlight arrives!

The Vault offers a more intimate, grounded atmosphere. Ideas take shape here, plans come to life, and people feel instantly at ease.
With lounge seating, a kitchenette for effortless catering, an office nook, and an equipped boardroom-style area, this space adapts beautifully to workshops, team sessions, client meetings, content days, and community groups who want a space that feels both professional and inviting.

Perched above The Beacon, The Suite is Lumen House at its most intimate. Private, beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed across two storeys, it offers an aspirational backdrop for creating, gathering, dining and staying.
The main floor invites you to gather around the kitchen island, host an intimate dinner or Taylor’s Table experience, bring in a private chef, lead a cooking demonstration or hands-on workshop, or create lifestyle and brand content.
Upstairs, a private bedroom, statement bathroom and dedicated vanity space set the scene for boudoir photography, bridal and wedding preparation, beauty and lifestyle shoots, with select executive and retreat stays extending the Lumen experience overnight.
